Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Collegiate Lifestyle website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to make purchases from Collegiate Lifestyle.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.

All Sales Final Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Pre‑Order Terms

Products labeled as 'Pre‑Order' are made-to-order. By purchasing a pre‑order item, you acknowledge and agree to a production and fulfillment lead time of up to 45 business days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are permitted subject to availability. All size exchanges require a $25 restocking and reshipping fee. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Shipping Policy

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Collegiate Lifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Collegiate Lifestyle directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of order confirmation, fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of these policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Collegiate Lifestyle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collegiate Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
